Click in each box (an outline will appear as shown below) and type in the required information, as you would a normal card.

In the match section, the home team always appears first. If it's a Cup competition enter the Cup name in the DIVISION box.

List the players (and substitutes if used), including registration number and if the player had been cautioned (yellow card) or sent off.

Once completed, save the form on your computer. Click 'File', then 'Save As' ...

The file name will appear as resultscard0607.

CHANGE this name to whatever the match was. In the example below, i've entered 'cricketersvmilburn'. Then find a folder on your computer and click 'SAVE'. Make sure you save it as a Word Document.

CLICK here to open the email page. You need to attach the file you saved. Click 'attach', then 'File'

Find the file on your computer, then click 'Insert'

The file will appear in the 'Attach' section of the email. Fill out the Subject line (Results card, for example) and send it
